Bios

Ben was a member of the Emmy-winning art department for PBS’s Between the Lions. His numerous television credits include Disney Channel’s Out of the Box, Noggin’s Oobie, and Comedy Central’s Upright Citizen’s Brigade. Ben was the original Character Designer for Word World, which premiered in the fall 2007 on PBS. His Word World plush toy designs won “Creative Child Magazine’s Preferred Choice Award,” and “Top Creative Toy for 2004.”

Michael AKA ‘donk’ was raised in MD and studied at Marymount Manhattan College. He co-founded The Slithy Toves, an alternative rock band, with band mate Simi (also of Simi and Suffrajett). Michael co-founded the theatre company, Feed the Herd, which produced its first show The King Stag with The Piano Store and Todo con Nada.

Amy is proud to be apart of The Ohmies creative family. Her choreographic credits include: Kidz Bop Live!, Law & Order: Trial by Jury, DRA: Solstice in the Square, Mr. Bojangles: The Ultimate Entertainer, DanceBreak 2008, The Ailey School (NYC), and Rosie O’Donnell’s Broadway Extravaganza honoring Queen Latifah.

Laura is a six-time Emmy Award winner. Production design: “Johnny and the Sprites,” multiple Sesame Workshop videos and co-designer of “Between the Lions.” Art direction: “Out of the Box”; “Where in the World Is Carmen Sandiego,” and “Where in Time is Carmen Sandiego”; “All My Children” and “One Life to Live”; and “Tough Crowd with Colin Quinn” Film: Across the Universe, The Hurricane, A Perfect Murder and New Jack City. Theater: set design for Rock Odyssey and assistant art director on Broadway’s Black and Blue. MFA: NYU, BA: Vassar College. She resides in NYC with her husband and two wonderful children.

Recent projects include the Broadway production of Souvenir at the Lyceum, Alice In Wonderland (ballet) for Theater Project Baltimore, Seussical the Musical (Lucille Lortel nomination), Duck For President and The Plant That Ate Dirty Socks for Theatreworks USA, Blue Horizons for Sea World in Orlando and San Diego, Meet Me In St. Louis at Irish Rep, Kismet at City Center for Encores!, plus numerous Off-Broadway/regional productions and staged concerts. Tracy was Associate Costume Designer for the Broadway productions of Shrek the Musical, The Little Mermaid and Beauty and the Beast. Jonathan’s New York credits include designs for the Off-Broadway productions of Who Is Floyd Stearn?, Squeeze Box, and John Moran’s Book of the Dead Second Avenue (Public Theater). Co-designer for Wicked – Universal Studios Japan with Ken Posner. Re-lights for Mary Zimmerman’s Metamorphoses – St. Louis Rep, Missouri Rep, Cincinnati Playhouse, Hartford Stage and Tea at Five directed by John Tillinger. Associate/Assistant credits include Finian’s Rainbow, Wicked, Legally Blonde, Vanities, White Christmas, Metamorphoses, The Notebooks of Leonardo Divinci and Galileo Galilea. Danielle is a 3rd year M.F.A. candidate at Columbia University’s Theatre Management/Producing Program. In Miami, Danielle served for six years as the Managing Director of City Theatre and the Summer Shorts Festival (co-sponsor of the Humana Festival’s National Ten-Minute Play Contest). In New York, Danielle has worked with Richard Frankel Productions, Camp Broadway and in the General Management Departments at both The Atlantic Theater Company and Jujamcyn Theaters.

Aaron began his theatrical management career as an intern at the Daryl Roth Theatre and is currently in his second tour with the DRTM family. In addition to acting as an Associate General Manager for DRTM productions, Aaron also serves as the Associate GM for the Daryl Roth Theatre, the DR2 Theatre and the D-Lounge Cabaret. Before rejoining the DRTM team, Aaron assisted the General Manager’s at Stuart Thompson Productions and was the Company Manager for the Atlantic Theater Company.

Stephanie serves as Manager of Ohmies Entertainment and also manages the writing careers of Laurie Miller and Benjamin Tollefson who are repped by CAA. She’s currently Vice President of Lori Forte Productions, working closely with Forte, Producer, on the CGI animated, Oscar nominated, global powerhouse, Ice Age, Ice Age The Meltdown, Ice Age Dawn of the Dinosaurs and the next chapter of Ice Age at 20th Century Fox and Blue Sky Studios.
